14 days, no hoops

Email hello@dettivo.com within 14 days of purchase with your license key or Stripe receipt, and we’ll refund the purchase.

What happens when we refund

• The license is marked refunded in our ledger.
• All device activations under the license are revoked.
• The license stops being able to fetch new update artifacts. Already-installed builds keep working until you remove them.
• Stripe processes the refund — allow a few business days for it to appear on your card or bank statement.

Chargebacks

Please email us before opening a payment dispute — a quick email gets the same outcome without the automated revocation. If a dispute is opened, the license is revoked automatically when Stripe notifies us.
