What you’re buying
A one-time lifetime license to use Dettivo on up to three Apple Silicon Macs, plus secure auto-updates for the lifetime of the product. No subscription. No seat count. No recurring charges.
License grant
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use Dettivo on up to three Macs you personally operate. You may not resell the license, redistribute the binary, or strip the license-activation mechanism.
Acceptable use
Dettivo captures audio locally. You are responsible for complying with the laws in your jurisdiction about recording conversations and capturing meeting audio. We provide disclosure tooling; we cannot provide legal consent on your behalf.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund on unused Dettivo licenses. When we refund a license, we revoke its device activations and its ability to fetch updates. Full policy on the refunds page.
Disputes + chargebacks
If you open a payment dispute, the license is revoked when the dispute is created. This is automatic via the Stripe webhook and not a judgement on the dispute itself.
Updates
Secure updates are gated by an active license. If your license is refunded, revoked, or disputed, your ability to fetch new update artifacts ends. Builds already installed locally keep working until you remove them.
Warranty disclaimer
Dettivo is provided as-is. We do not warrant that transcription or meeting analysis will be accurate, complete, or fit for any specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing Dettivo output before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability under these terms is capped at the amount you paid for the license, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
