Account + license
One lifetime license, three active Macs, Keychain storage, secure Sparkle updates signed by the license JWT. These pages cover how to activate, swap devices, recover by email, and read update diagnostics when an update fails to apply.
License
Activate your Dettivo license
In onboarding or in Settings › License + Updates, paste the key emailed at purchase and click Save + Validate. Dettivo stores it in Keychain and counts the Mac toward your three active devices.
Devices
Device management
One Dettivo license activates three Macs at a time. Manage from Settings › License + Updates → Devices on any active Mac, or from dettivo.com/help/devices. Revoke an old Mac before activating a fourth.
Recovery
License recovery
Paste your purchase email at dettivo.com/recover. Dettivo resends the license key. No login required, no support ticket needed. Works even when you do not have access to a Mac that already has it activated.
Updates
Updates + Sparkle
Dettivo updates via Sparkle. Every update artifact fetch is authorized by your license JWT. You never install a build that was not signed by us. Diagnostics are exportable from Settings.
