Pick a destination folder once. Dettivo writes a YYYY-MM-DD/HHMM-sessionId/ folder for every meeting, containing transcript.md, notes.md, and details.md plus metadata. Obsidian vaults supported via security-scoped bookmarks.

Who this is for

Users who treat meetings as second-brain inputs — Obsidian users, Logseq users, researchers building a personal corpus, anyone who wants their meeting history outside the app.

What gets written

For every meeting, Dettivo writes a folder under your destination. The folder is named YYYY-MM-DD/HHMM-<sessionId>/. Inside: transcript.md (polished transcript with speaker labels), notes.md (your edited notes + AI analysis baseline), details.md (metadata, attendees, duration, storage paths). The structure is deterministic — the same meeting always lands at the same path.

Set up the mirror

    Open Settings › Automations

    Scroll to Mirror Meetings.

    Settings › Automations

  2. 02

    Toggle the mirror on

    Enable "Mirror meetings to external folder".

  3. 03

    Choose your destination

    Pick the folder. macOS prompts for security-scoped access. Dettivo remembers it.

  4. 04

    Verify

    Start a meeting, stop it, click Open in the Mirror section. The bundle should be there.
