Paste your purchase email at dettivo.com/recover. Dettivo resends the license key. No login required, no support ticket needed. Works even when you do not have access to a Mac that already has it activated.
Who this is for
Anyone who lost the purchase email, switched email accounts, or needs the key on a fresh Mac.
How recovery works
Dettivo's server keeps your email tied to your license. Visit /recover, paste the email, complete the rate-limit check. If we have an order matching the email, you receive the license email immediately. If we do not, the page shows a soft error — no information about whether the email is in the system.
