How to dictate in VS Code with Dettivo

Settings › AI Processing → App context → Code apps toggle. Optional: Use frontmost window screenshots if you want Enhanced to see the editor.

Dictate
Push-to-Talk. Speak the comment, command, or message. Polish preserves backticks, paths, flags, and code fences.
Coding-agent dictation
Inside an agent chat panel (Claude Code, Continue, Cursor agent), dictation behaves identically. Hold the hotkey, speak the prompt, release. The agent receives clean text.
