§ Export

Export a meeting

Open a meeting in the Meetings workspace, click Export, pick the format. Markdown, plain text, JSON, SRT, and VTT supported. For SRT and VTT, the include-speaker-labels toggle controls whether captions show "Maria:" prefixes.

Who this is for

Anyone distributing meeting transcripts — to attendees, to legal review, to a captioning tool, into a personal knowledge base — or running scripts against transcript JSON.

How to export

    Open the meeting

    Meetings workspace → pick the meeting from the list.

  2. 02

    Click Export

    The export sheet shows format picker, speaker-label toggle (for SRT/VTT), and a preview.

  3. 03

    Copy or Save

    Copy lands the export on your clipboard. Save writes a file and shows the macOS Share button.

Scripted exports

The CLI and REST API expose the same export endpoints. `dettivo transcripts export <id> --format json` writes JSON to stdout. /v1/transcripts/export/stream supports streaming for long meetings.
