Replacement rules
Deterministic source → target mappings applied during Polish. "Quote unquote" → empty. "Dot com" → ".com". Imported via heard => wanted lines, heard -> wanted lines, TSV, or CSV. Priority controls the order.
Who this is for
Users tuning Polish to handle their own speech patterns, verbal fillers, ordinal numbers, project names with non-obvious capitalization.
Add a replacement rule

Open Settings › Dictionary
Switch to the Replacements tab.
Settings › Dictionary › Replacements

Click Add Replacement
Type the spoken source on the left, the written target on the right.

Set priority
Higher priority rules fire first. Useful when one rule's target contains another rule's source.

Save
The rule applies to the next dictation. No restart required.

Candidate review queue
