Two distinct automation surfaces. Dictation macros wire trigger phrases to actions (insert text, run an app command, run a shell command). Email automation drafts or sends meeting recaps. Both opt-in, both deny-by-default, both audited.

Email recap automation

Draft or send meeting recaps. Gmail API, Microsoft Graph, SMTP. Draft-only by default.
