Meeting recap email automation
Opt-in automation that drafts (or sends) a recap email after each meeting analysis completes. Draft-only by default. Auto-compose in Mail, or send via Gmail API, Microsoft Graph, or SMTP. Credentials live in Keychain. A weekly action-item digest is available.
Who this is for
Users who run team or customer meetings and need follow-up emails. Founders, account managers, project leads. Anyone who currently retypes recaps manually.
Trigger model
Two triggers exist: meeting-analysis-ready (fires after each meeting's analysis finishes) and weekly-digest (fires on the day + time you pick, aggregating open action items from the trailing week).
Both can run in draft-only mode (write a draft, do not send), Mail-compose mode (open a draft in Mail.app — no send), or provider-send mode (Gmail API, Microsoft Graph, or SMTP). Default is draft-only.

- Enable meeting email automation
- Master switch. Off by default.
- Automation scope
- My meetings (personal) or Organization gated (requires policy + role context).
- After each meeting analysis
- Trigger toggle for the meeting-ready recap.
- Weekly action digest
- Trigger toggle. Pick a day and time.
- Provider type
- Gmail API, Microsoft Graph, or SMTP. Multiple providers can be configured.
- Sender email + name
- The From address used for sends.
- Delivery mode
- Draft only, Auto compose Mail, Send via provider.
- Generated notes handling
- Include in body, Link to file path, or Skip.
- Recipients
- Comma-separated. Can be seeded from the meeting's calendar attendees.
