Mirror meeting notes to Obsidian

In Settings › Automations, turn on "Mirror meetings to external folder" and pick your Obsidian vault. Every meeting writes a YYYY-MM-DD/HHMM-sessionId/ folder containing transcript.md, notes.md, and details.md.

Who this is for

Researchers, founders, and operators who treat Obsidian as their second brain and want every meeting captured there, automatically, without copy-paste.

Set up

    Open Settings › Automations

    Find Mirror Meetings.

    Settings › Automations

  2. 02

    Toggle the mirror on

    Enable "Mirror meetings to external folder".

    Choose Folder

    Pick your Obsidian vault folder. Security-scoped bookmark persists.

  4. 04

    Verify

    Stop a test meeting; click Open in the Mirror section. The bundle should be there.

Folder shape

YYYY-MM-DD/HHMM-<sessionId>/ at the vault root by default. Move the mirror folder anywhere; Dettivo respects the destination you picked. Inside each meeting: transcript.md (polished, with speaker labels), notes.md (editor + analysis), details.md (metadata, attendees, duration, storage paths).
