§ Analysis
Meeting analysis
After a meeting, Dettivo can run an analysis pass against the final transcript: summary, decisions, action items, discussion highlights, blockers, follow-up draft, auto-title. Local MLX is the default; OpenAI / Anthropic / OpenAI-compatible endpoints are opt-in.
Who this is for
Anyone who reads more meetings than they write, who needs action items extracted reliably, or who reviews team syncs after the fact.
What analysis produces
Summary
Concise, cite-free, scoped to the transcript.
Decisions
What the group agreed to. Bullet form.
Action items
Owner-tagged when names are recoverable. Linked back to source rows.
Blockers
Unresolved items that need follow-up.
Follow-up draft
Ready-to-send recap email draft. Mirrors the recap automation output.
Auto-title
Replaces the placeholder title with a concise meeting name.
Analysis providers
Analysis and polish are configured separately. You can run analysis on a different provider than polish.
