Meeting analysis

Opt-in

After a meeting, Dettivo can run an analysis pass against the final transcript: summary, decisions, action items, discussion highlights, blockers, follow-up draft, auto-title. Local MLX is the default; OpenAI / Anthropic / OpenAI-compatible endpoints are opt-in.

Who this is for

Anyone who reads more meetings than they write, who needs action items extracted reliably, or who reviews team syncs after the fact.

What analysis produces

Summary

Concise, cite-free, scoped to the transcript.

Decisions

What the group agreed to. Bullet form.

Action items

Owner-tagged when names are recoverable. Linked back to source rows.

Blockers

Unresolved items that need follow-up.

Follow-up draft

Ready-to-send recap email draft. Mirrors the recap automation output.

Auto-title

Replaces the placeholder title with a concise meeting name.

Analysis providers

Analysis and polish are configured separately. You can run analysis on a different provider than polish.
